Jon Belger has worked with Cary for almost 10 years and has been growing his skill as
the master installer for Floor Seasons for the last 3 years. Jon often reminisces about
the old days when Cary and he were working for other people. "Working for Cary is like
working for myself. I am able to experiment and take risks that a normal employer would
not even contemplate. Let's face it: That's why we are how we are. I am constantly pushing
the envelope of the industry. It's funny because Cary and I sit around and talk about old jobs
and what we have learned as much as we sit around and talk about new ones. Cary is always
saying how I make him feel "old school." It's not my fault we keep coming up with new ideas
and methods that I get to try out, right? He's the one that told me that 75% of the pictures on
the website are my work and that's the way he chooses to represent the company." Cary says,
"If we had to show all my old work, people may think we can only do easier stuff. When I was
doing the work, it was mostly plain or Southwest. It was so difficult to get people to have some
fun. Now, they expect no less than mind-blowing, one-of-a-kind masterpieces from us. We're
just that company now. Between us, we are unstoppable." Jon notes, "I have been running
the field at Floor Seasons for 3 years and can see myself overseeing the work for another 30
years. The values that we have set forth: honesty, integrity, committed, and contributing, are
the same principles I live my life by, so it makes it easy to be a part of Floor Seasons. I am
proud to say that I am a part of Team Floor Seasons, which, by the way, I coined."
